ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Greehsma Parayil Rajan is a dynamic educator, entrepreneur, and wellness expert with over 15 years of experience in teaching, counselling, skill development, and leadership. She is the Founder & Director of EduBlendz Training Academy and the Co-Founder of FarmBlendz, passionately committed to empowering individuals—especially women—through education, life skills, and personal growth. With qualifications including B.Com, M.Com, B.Ed in Special Education, and postgraduate training in Montessori and Nursery education, Greehsma has built a foundation that bridges academic knowledge and real-world application.
Her work extends into mental wellness and holistic development as a certified counselling psychologist, POSH trainer, career coach, and behavioural specialist. Through EduBlendz, she has helped thousands gain confidence and job readiness. Her contributions to sustainable living through FarmBlendz highlight her commitment to community well-being. Greehsma continues to lead by example—conducting workshops, mentoring educators, and advocating for inclusive, accessible education for all.
